Houses are again different, you need to copy/extract every file and place those into the folder markedĬ:\Users\InsertUsername\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray You need to download them, but then keep them as a zip file, extract/copy the zip file in it's entirety into the same place as above and again it should work. If however you have downloaded things that would probably be considered script mods, those have to be handled differently. If you'd downloaded them correctly but did so while playing the sims, simply save and then close your game completely, load the sims back up and they should work fine.
